Damon Mathias is the founder of Mathias Civil Justice PLLC and has spent his career representing clients in Texas and Illinois and in federal courts throughout the nation. He has handled the most serious cases including those involving wrongful death, product liability, personal injury, slip and fall, bad faith insurance, and medical malpractice. He has provided counsel for individuals and businesses in matters involving construction disputes, breach of contract, and materialman and mechanic lien enforcement and removal.
Mr. Mathias graduated from Yeshiva University cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. During this time, he was nominated by the Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. He attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law after that and spent time as the editor for the SMU International Law Review Association. During his time at SMU, he was an active board member of the International Law Society and the Human Rights Law Association. He went on to graduate with his J.D. before founding our firm and working to help clients with all of their litigation needs.
